TROUBLE IN CHINA.

The Times' Hankow correspondent says that local opinion received the execution of Changchinwito, one of the Hupeli generals, with equanimity. It is generally considered that a troublesome rascal deserved liis fate. ASSEMBLYIJTUPROAR. HEAVY FIRING. Received 21, 11.5 p.m. Pekin, August 21. The Assembly, amidst uproar, declared that the explanation of the generals' execution was unsatisfactory and demanded the attendance of the Premier and Minister of War to-morrow. Yuan-Shih- ICai declined to attend. He says that the Government is unconcerned, ji|d is prepared to take strong measures. He declares that there is ample proof of the guilt of the general*. Meanwhile southern papers are fanning the strife. Heavy firing is reported from Wuchang since daybreak. Dr. Sun-lat-Sen is journeying from Shanghai to Pekin to consult Tangshaoyi at Tientsin.
