A LOST BALLOON. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright. New York, August 20. A balloon, carrying four passengers, and piloted by a balloonist named Unger, left Santa Monica, California, intending to reach Fresna. They met with contrary winds, and were carried out to sea. Tile balloon disappeared in a fog bank, and is now adrift over the Pacific. Hie gravest fears are entertained for tile safety of the occupants. The provisions aboard will only last foi ninetv hours.
