MACEDONIA'S AUTONOMY. TROUBLE PENDING. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, August 16. The Westminster Gazette says there are indications that the long-predicted catastrophe is near. The downfall of the Committee regime in Bulgaria, the Servian agreement, whereto Montenegro is privy, the Albanian movement, the war fever in Bulgaria owing to the Kochana massacre, are facts of the highest importance. All Europe is asking whether Austria is likely to hack Bulgaria to the extent of permitting an ultimatum to Turkey demanling Macedonia's autonomy. Austria is apparently waiting to see how Russia and Germany will act.
