HOCKEY.

At Inglewood yesterday Whakatika defeated Papakura by five goals to nil. For the winners goals were hit by Misses McEwen (3) and Stohr (2). A match, Married v. Tataraimaka Hockey Club was played at Totara last Tuesday, and resulted in a drawn game—four goals all. Goals were scored for the Married by Turner (4), and for the T.H.C. by Fisher (3) and Turchie (1). For the married, Iloneyfield, Morris and Richardson played a brilliant game, while for the Club, Baillie, Fisher and Turchie were prominent players.
