Tt is rumored that the Radical land policy includes a minimum wage for agricultural laborers, and land courts to fix rents and terms of tenancy. The Daily News announces that Mr. Lloyd George has inaugurated a farreaching enquiry into the land question in England and Wales, and is appointing a commission, with Mr. Francis Dyke Acland as chairman.
