RIOTS AT THE PANTHEON. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 1, 11.15 p.m. Paris, July 1. President Fallieres unveiled Bartholomes' monument to Rousseau in the Pantheon. Members of the Government, the Senate and the Lower Chamber participated in the ceremony. Serious anti-Rousseau riots occurred outside the Pantheon, and 105 arrests were made.
