THE CENSURE DEBATE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 28, 12.5 a.m. Sydney, June 27. During the censure debate Mr. Hughes hinted at the probability of some of the defendants in the vend case not joining the proposed appeal. Enquiry in wellinformed circles indicates that Mr. Hughes' belief is well-founded, and it is probable the colliery owners will not be represented in the appeal to the High Court.
