At the Sydney sheep show the following were New Zealand prize-takers:— English Leicester: Ram, two years and over, John Nixon first and champion} under two years and under eighteen months, Nixon both firsts and seconds; ewe, two years and over, Nixon first, champion and second; under two years and under eighteen months, Nixon both seconds. In Border Leicesters, Dowthvvaite was awarded the championship for ewes.
