In connection with the Marconi Company's action against the Coninionwealth for alleged infringements of patents, affidavits have been made on behalf of the Commonwealth that the opposition to allowing an inspection of the Federal wireless stations is not based on the pecuniary or commercial interests of the Postal Department, but is solely in the interests of public welfare and naval and military defence. The Commonwealth intends to patent the process.
