JURY DISAGREES. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright. Received 26, 9.10 p.m. Sydney, June 26. The jury in the case of F. D. Brown, late general manager of the Singer Sewing Machine Company, charged with inciting to steal, destroy and falsify books and papers; of the company, failed to agree, and were discharged. Brown was bound over to appear at the next sessions.
