NCENDIARISM
A DESPERATE GANG. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 24, 12.20 a.m. ' New York, June, 23. A youth named Steutzer, supposed to be the head of a big gang of incendiaries', was captured during a fire at a tenement house, where eight persons narrowly escaped death. Three hundred fires are traceable to the gang, who also aided dishonest tradesmen to collect insurances.
