N.Z. TIMES CLIMBS INTO A NEW PADDOCK. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The New Zealand Times will announce to-morrow its decision to give a general editorial support to the United Labor Party, and place a portion of each day's issue at the disposal of the party for propaganda purposes. This portion will be edited by Professor Mills, author of the unity labor scheme. The Times announces its complete detachment from existing political parties, having become convinced that the public interest can be best sewed.by dispassionate, candid and helpr.il criticism of all parties and all -movements.
