MR MILLAR'S HEALTH
FAVORABLE REPORTS. By Telegraph—Press Association, Dunedin, Tuesday. Advice from Rotorua states that the doctor advises that there has been a great improvement in Mr Millar's condition. The blood pressure is down a good deal, and the Bight is slowly returning over the whole affected eye. There is every chance of a complete recovery, with care.
