FATAL TRAIN WRECK. Ottawa, June 16. By a train wreck at Moose Jaw two engineers, two firemen and two brakesmen were killed, and twelve passengers injured. The cars fell into a gulch. The Manchester Guardian has commenced opposition to the Declaration of London. It states that the whole history of the Declaration negotiations is a grave warning against the Foreign Office's persistent neglect of current opinion.
