DEATH AFTER AN AiTRAY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. At the Magistrate's Court a young man named Albert David William dements was charged with having assaulted Henry Symontls and having caused him actual bodily harm. Symonds died at the hospital yesterday, and an inquest into the circumstances of his death was opened and adjourned. The police applied for a remand until next day. and this was granted.
