REFORM PARTY'S CAUCUS. The caucus of the Reform Party, which has been in progress for the past two days, ciitiic to an em! on Wednesday evening. On being approached, Mr. Massey stated that 110 particulars were available for the press, but a lot of good work had bei :i done, and the caucus had been the Ivst and most satisfactory, held by the Opposition Party since 1890' —that he could say with perfect confidence. Another member of the party stated that the caucus had been marked by a spirit of perfect unity and entire confidence, and in that respect offered a very interesting comparison with the caucus held by the Government party preceding the birth of the Mackenzie Government. —Dominion. Speaking at a political meeting at •Kaiapoi, Mr. Buddo, M.P., stated that some compact had been made, though he did not believe it was being arranged by the loaders of the Reform Party, and he ventured to think that were it given effect to the Liberal majority in Parliament would not be altered as affecting the Liberal Party.
