AN EXPENSIVE CIGARETTE. Sydney, May 29. The military authorities proceeded against a senior cadet for having a cigarette in his possession while on dfuty, and he was fined £2, with the alternative of three weeks' imprisonment. THE RIVINGTON DIVORCE. Received 29, W. 30 p.m. Melbourne, May 29. There was no appearance of the respondent in the Rivington divorce proceedings, and the case has been included on the undefended list for hearing in August.
