CAMP AT FOXTON. By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston N., Last Night. The 6th Mounted Manawatu Rifles are encamped at Foxton Racecourse to undergo a week's training. Over four hundred men are under canvas, and to-day tliey put in several hours' useful training. Colonel Pringle is the officer in command. On Wednesday evening the marquees erected for dining-rooms were blown down, and the men this morning had to partake of breakfast in the open, but apart from this temporary inconvenience everything is proceeding satisfactorily.
