Three arrests have been effected at Chantilly, including Soudy, an Anarchist, who is supposed to have stood guard outside the bank while it was being robbed. . A FANATICAI/ANARCHIST. Received 2, 12.15 a.m. Paris, April 1. Soudy is a consumptive, twenty years of age, and is known as a reckless and fanatical anarchist. He attempted 4o swallow poison when arrested.
