Received 2, 12.50 a.m. Paris, April 1. The Sultan of Morocco has signed a treaty establishing a French protectorate with a similar scope to the Tunisian treaty. GREEK ELECTORS MURDERED. Received 2, 12.50 a.m. Athens, April 1. Advice from Salonica states that the agents of the Committee of Union and Progress murdered two Greek electors in the Verria district.
