By Telegraph—Press Association. / Feilding, Tuesday. the Wanganui Board of Education meeting, last night the secretary of the Taranaki Rugby Union notified that the Bayly Memorial Scholarship this year had been won by Master Charles Crone, <of the New Plymouth High School. The writer also deplored the fact that pupils of schools under the Board's jurisdiction manifested very little interest in the scholarship and the Union would like the Board's inspectors to press the question of this scholarship on the attention of headmasters.
