LORD HALDANE IN BERLIN.

SENSATIONAL REPORTS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Berlin, February 8. Lord Haldane states that his visit to Berlin is a private one. Sensational reports in the newspapers represent the visit to be a direct mission to the Kaiser for the discussion of armaments, or negotiations for the cession of Walfiseh Bay. The Berliner Zeitung says that diplomatists state that Lord Haldane'a visit to the Kaiser is with {he latter's consent. Walfisch Bay is a British colony which is surrounded by Germany South-West Africa.
