The United • States is preparing to despatch troops to the Mexican border, as it is believed Orozco is about to declare a new rebellion, and his loyalty to the new regime is suspected. A STATEMENT DENIED. Received 7, 11 p.m. El Paso, February 7. Ororco denies it is his intention to revolt. He asserts' that Chihuahua is loyal.
