MINERS' MINIMUM WAGE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 7, 11 p.m. London, February 7. The South Wales Miners' counsel has accepted the National Federation's proposal for a minimum wage basis. While deploring the Federation's action in reducing the amount, it was resolved that the final agreement must be submitted to a ballot.
