Received 7, .10.50 p.m. London, February 7. Five battalions have arrived at Belfast. The troops will line the streets and occupy the strategic points, and be disposed in such a way as to be as little in evidence as possible. The Mayoress has appealed to the women to use their influence in keeping the peace. MILITANT CANADIAN ORANGEMEN. Received 7, 11 p.m. Ottawa, February 7. Orangemen, throughout Canada are preparing to return to Ireland in large numbers to assist in the anti-Home Rule fight.
