CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER.

A YOUNG MAN EE-ARRESTED,

By Telegraph—Press Association. Ohristchureh, Last Night.

James Russell, who, on Thursday, was charged at Amberley for manslaughter of Geo. Henry Shaw at Leithfield on December 20 last, and the charge against whom was dismissed by the Justices of the Peace who heard it, was arrested to-day and brought before Mr. H. W. Bishop, S.M., and again charged with manslaughter. He pleaded not guilty and was remanded to January 18 at Amberley. Bail was fixed, accused in £2OO and two sureties each of a sum were forthcoming. The prosecution is a private one, the information having been laid .by David Shaw, the father of deceased.
