NELSON OLD BOYS RE-UNION. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wanganui, Friday. The old boys of Nelson College who aris resident in Wanganui haje decided to hold a re-union of old boys on or about January 24. A strong committee has been formed to perfect arrangements, including J. P. Watt (chairman), S. S. Moore (secretary), T. R. Saywell, W. E. Atkinson, Lloyd Jones, B. A. Moore, G. I. Budge, C. E. Ellis, A. G. McKay, and J.vß. Peymau. It is expected that between two and three hundred will be present, including such prominent old boys as Judge Kettle, the Hon. Oliver Samuel, Professor Evans, Dr. Gibb, and Mr. Fowler (Principal, of Nelson College).

OFFENCES AGAINST PROPERTY. Wanganui, Friday. Albert Thomas Skallie was charged at the court this morning with break-, ing into the store at Makirikiri, The charge was reduced to wilfully damaging property, accused pleading guilty. He was fined £lO, in default two months' imprisonment. A young man named E. R. Floyd was sentenced to thirty days' imprisonment for the theft of a watch, which he, snatched from another man in a hotel. \
