A PEACE DINNER.
OUTBURST FROM MR. TAFT. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 27, 11.30 p.m. New York, December 27. Mr. Roosevelt was invited to a "peace dinner." President Taft, being the principal speaker, declared the gathering to be traitorous if those accepting invitations did not fully approve its purpose. Mr. Taft's outburst was due to certain names being included in the official list.
