Mr. Taft has altered the Panama C'aral Board of Health regulations to permit of mental healing or the practice -if religious bodies utilising such healin;methods, provided the sanitary lawn and other health regulations at present prevailing in the Canal zone are adhered to. The arrangement is the result of persistent agitation by "Christian Scientists."
