THE TIMARU TROUBLE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Thursday. Mr. Semple, of the Federation of Labor, says he has reason to believe that the Timaru trouble, also the Weetport and Lyttedton grievances, will be amicably settled, and states that the Federation has proved itself not an organisation for the creation of strife, but has actually prevented l strikes.
