PROTESTS AGAINST ROWDYISM. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, December 13, One hundred and thirty-eight members of Parliament who voted fos women's suffrage have signed a protest against the campaign of rowdyism conducted by certain advocates of women's suffrage, and state that if this is continued it will greatly imperil next session's prospects.
