PLOT TO KILL SHUSTER. Received 3, 5.10 p.m. Teheran, December 2. A bomb plot against Mr. Morgan Sinister has been discovered. A prisoner alleges that Petvoff, the Russian ViceConsul, bribed him in July to assassinate Mr. Shuster.
