ALLEGED ACCESSORIES: By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Thursday. In the Auckland Supreme Court. Edward James O'Shaughnessy, Mary Ha ssell and Charlotte Campbell were called on to answer to a charge of being accessories to what is known as the Kingsland murder cha'rge. Only the male accused appeared. The Judge ordered that the two females be arrested immediately. They were found in the street and placed in the dock, and the trial proceeded. Concerning tile application for the reduction of the charge from being accessories to murder to accesories to manslaughter, his Honor said the proper time to make the application was after the evidence had been heard.
