Lycll miners decided to defer the adoption of the delegates' report pending the completion of the negotiations. The unions are feeling apprehensive lest this delay the re-starting of work. SLATERS' STRIKE SETTLED. Received 18, 1.5 a.m. Sydney, November 17. The slaters obtained a shilling a day advance, and the strike ended.
