Confirmation has l>een received of the Oceanic Steamship Company's intention to resume the Frisco-Sydney service, via Honolulu, leaving Xew Zealand out. The Federal Postmaster has been notified of the Oceanic Company's proposals, which are arousing keen interest in commercial circles.
