NEW MEAT COMPANY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Masterton, Last Night. At the annual meeting to-day of the Wellington Farmers' Meat Company, the annual report showed that ill spite of difficulties incidental to the commencement of the .business and the "bearing" of the London market bv Home buyers, 115,000 sheep had been put through, and the company, after paying off a considerable sum in connection with preliminary expenses, came through the season without a loss. The salary of the managing director was increased from £350 to £6OO a Year.
