GOVERNMENT MASSING TROOPS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Pekin, September 11. Telegraphic communication with Chingtu is interrupted. Foreigners left on Thursday. The mob attacked the Viceroy's yamen, but were driven off, and twenty rioters were killed. The Government is massing troops at Chingtu and on the frontier. The foreigners from Chungtu are concentrating at Chungking on the Yang-tse-Kiang River.
