Tariff ri*vision on a greater scale than ever will be the battle -cry of the Democrats, but it is not expected that insurgent Republicans will afford their opponents the same support as in the session just ended. If this supposition is correct it is believed Democratic tariff revision will again be a failure, even without the use of the Presidential veto.
