"KEG PARTIES."
AN INVERCARGILL SPECIALITY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Invercargill, Last Night. Since the inception of No-license in Invercargill keg parties in the numerous reserves about the town have been a trial to the police and an annoyance to a certain section of the public. Several prosecutions have failed, and it has been rather difficult to discover how to deal with the matter. To-night the Borough Council passed a by-law prohibiting tht bringing into or consumption of liquor in any municipal reserve without the authority of the Council.
