GENERAL TELEGRAMS.
NEW ZEALAND INSTITUTE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wanganui, Last Night. To-night it was decided to establish a Philosophical Society, which it is intended to affiliate with the New Zealand Institute. The Society will start with a membership of about 80. An address was delivered by Mr. A. Hamilton, Director of,the Dominion Museum, Wellington.
