TARANAKI P37TROLEUM COMPANY. Mr. C. E. Bellringer, acting-chairman of the Taranaki Petroleum Company, informed us last night that a v«ry "satisfactory cablegram had been received from Mr. C. Carter, who is at present in London, negotiating the i;ale of the company's interests to an English syndicate, and everything points to a' speedy completion of the whole twriffotftion.
