WIRELESS AIDS POLICE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 18, 1 a.m. Sydney, August 17. For the first time in Australia wireless has been used to aid the police. The captain of the steamer Grantala informed the police that a confidence trickster was aboard. The police met the boat on its arrival in Sydney, and arrested him.
