CHRISTCHURCH MURDER CASE

TO BE HEARD TO-DAY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. On the application of Mr. Stringer, K.C., the case of Harry Alexander Jack, charged with the murder of Ethel May Bradley, was set down by Mr. Justice Denniston at the Supreme Court to-day fox 10 o'clock to-morrow morning. In reply to his Honor, Mr. Stringer said lie did not consider 'the case should ta.ke more than one day. It is understood that Sadler will be called as a witness.
