CHANGES AND TRANSFERS. By Telegraph—Fress Association. Dunedin, Last Night. In connection with changes in the Union Steam Ship Company referred to in a cablegram from Sydney it is officially announced that Mr. F. W. Jackson, who has been manager for the company at Sydney for many years, has lieen granted a year's leave of absence, and Mr. Mills, manager at Melbourne, will take his place. The following transfers will be made: Mr. Val. Johnson, manager in Tasmania, to acting-man-ager at Melbourne; Mr. E. A. Eva, Strahan, to acting-manager at Hobart; Mr. P. Crash, chief clerk at Launceston, to Strahan.
