Received 15, 10 p.m. London, August 15. The Registrar-General's report on Ireland states that in 1910 the births exceeded the deaths by 27,069. The loss by emigration was 3-2,457. The decrease in tuberculosis mortality has been uteadily maintained.
THE WINE TRADE. Received 15, 10 p.m. London, August 15. The Wine Trade Review predicts that there will be ail excellent European vintage, with an average yield. TRADE OF THE EMPIRE COMMISSION. Received 15, 10 p.m. London, August 15. Mr. Lloyd-George, replying to a question in the House of Commons, said Mr. L. Harcourt, Secretary for the Colonies, was now in communication with the dominions relative to the composition of the Royal Commission on Empire Trade.
