GENERAL BOTHA INTERVIEWED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, August 14. General Botha, interviewed, said that South Africa had a great problem to face, which must be solved by South Africans alone. He emphatically denied that there were dissensions in his Cabinet. His policy favored immigration, but it was his duty to see that those who were practically starving in South Africa were placed in a position to earn a living, before thinking, of outside immigration.
