HARBOR BOARD'S APPRECIATION. By Telegraph—Press Association. Chriatohurch, Last Night. At a aneetin gof the Lytteltoa Harboa Board to-day, the chairman (Mr. EL Friedlamler) said that the rem&rk&bl* tribute paid to their late colleague, Mr. T. E. Taylor, on Sunday must ibe looted upon aa an expression <xf the peoples deep appreciation of the great and prolonged services rendered to humanity by him. Sincere indeed were the last respects paid to ban who by strenuous ,• years oi ungrudging work &ad won the admiration of friends and opponents alike. He moved: "That the Lytteltoa Harbor Board record their deep sense of regret at the death of their late colleague, Thomas Edrtvard Taylor, who had been a member of the Board sinoe February, 1909. The Board further desires to place on record their full recognition and appreciation of the valuable services rendered by the late Mr Taylor during the period he has held • scat on this Board, and (members' also respectfully deßire to convey to Mr*.
