LETTER FROM LORD ROBERTS
THE WOMEN AND MILITARY TRAINING. By Telegraph—Press Association. Duneuin. July 11. The editor of the Evening Star to-day received the following communication from Karl Roberts:—"l was very glad to learn that the women of New Zealand are interesting themselves in th(? universal military training movement in your Dominion.'for I agree with you that the cause is sure to benefit from their enthusiastic advocacy. I have all along endeavored to get the support of the women of this country, and we have received much assistance from them. It will be a great thing if the mothers of (•real. Uritain will follow the example set in New Zealand of banding themselves together to preserve the morality anil physique of our future soldiers."
