SUMMARY JUSTICE. | By Cable.— 'Association. —GMpyvigltt New York, .Tilly 4. Two prospectors named Kiligsley and Olds, at Globe Creek, Arizona, were arrested on a charge of having murdered two sisters named Goswicl;, the daughters of Olds' mining partner. The girls were drowned in the Salt river. Olds was incarcerated in the county gaol, and during the night an unknown person entered the courthouse, which is a short distance from the gaol, and fired into Olds' cell, killing him instantly. The murderer escaped, but the gun was found.
