WATERLOO CUP. By TeJegraph.—Press Association. Palmerston N., Last Night. The Manawatu Coursing Uub has been allotted the Waterloo Cup for the second year in succession. It was to have been run in Duncdin in June, but Dunedin lias surrendered it to Palmerston. where it will be run off on August 23 to 25.
